The receptionist was very accomodating when I came early. She gave me a bus ticket good for 7 days even tho I will be staying only for 2 days. I left my luggage at the reception and went to Seceda. After the hike, I checked in and got my room. Room was clean and comfy. The view outside at night was lovely. After my 9 hours sleep, I took my buffet breakfast and it was so delicious. I left my Jacket in the cabinet and Claudia message me about it. Too bad I read it late and I was on the train on my way to Milan already. I just informed her that she can give it to someone on need instead.

Beautiful property with great view and you can walk everywhere. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were wonderful especially Monica. She has a wealth of information and is familiar with all the hikes. Breakfast was great too!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It was easy to get to, very clean, the staff was great, wonderful breakfast, free spa, and they had excursions/activities everyday that were either free or at a reduced price. We did an ebike tour that was half the advertised price.
