Great location, beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Breakfast was very good and the cappuccino was the best in Palermo. The roof top is also wonderful to take a little break from the busy city.

Everything was well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The entire facility is clean, luxurious, and well hidden from outside the complex (an old tomato factory). We loved the breakfast – especially thanks to the whole team and their supervisor. Free parking is available nearby, and everything Palermo has to offer is within walking distance, including the central bus station (for the airport, etc.). We would definitely book it again.

Good location close to restaurants and bars.. the staff was amazing all time They were very attentive and friendly, always willing to answer my questions. Clean rooms, especially loved the sauna inside the room. The gym is well equipped with treadmills, rowing machines and weights. We had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant and everything was incredible. Need to come back for sure.

Very charming place with a great terrace and impeccable service - only issue was that upstairs is a bit tough for tall people and one needs to know you have to climb 2-3 stairs to get to apartment.

Beautiful appartment close to the center of Palermo. Is very clean and bed is confy. We did not use de sauna or the Steam bath, but It is available. We did use the mini pool and IS amazing to relax after a long day of walking. Giuseppe IS an amazing host, he received us personally and explained everything we need to know. He also gave us a lot of recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. Everything was excellent

It was fabulous! Big jacuzzi, tv, really close to a nice part of Palermo with good bars and restaurants. The hosts, Agata was so helpful and came to find us when we arrived at a busy time of day which was really reassuring after a stressful drive into the city! A really great end to our holiday!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! We stayed for a week in Divisi Suites and recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Palermo and sightsee or treat that accommodation as a starting point for travelling around the city. It is in the old town and within walking distance of almost all the most well-known objects worth seeing, also in the nearby hundreds of bars, restaurants, and old open markets, where you can eat and buy lots of local specialities. As it is close to the central train station, it was easy to get to from the airport and self-check-in was also working super nice (we arrived at night). Carlotta, the owner, was responsive and very nice before our arrival and while our stay—she is the nicest host you can imagine. She recommended some very interesting places in Palermo and in the neighbourhood, a place to rent a scooter and we felt supported all the time. The place itself is very safe, we weren’t afraid at all to walk to the apartment at night or to leave there our belongings. It was also very refreshing to come back to the room that was cleaned up every day. Mentioning breakfast, there was everything one would wish for or even more, every day some local specialities, from pastry to cakes and fruit, plus a coffee from lovely porcelain (I love that porcelain!). The object is furnished in an amazing way, in very good taste. We would choose Divisi Suites if coming back to Palermo again!
