Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, 5 minutes by car or bus from the Falcade - San Pellegrino ski area and 15 minutes from the Alleghe ski area. The staff and owners are very kind and helpful, they tried to fulfill any of our requests. Delicious breakfast with lots of cakes, and dinner is very delicious and varied. A special thank's even though they don't have a special gluten-free kitchen, they did everything to ensure that my gluten-free little girl eat very well. I recommend this hotel to everyone, we will definitely come back here. Thank you for a pleasant vacation.

The hotel is well located for us to visit many of the attractions nearby. There is a wellness area for us to relax our body after some hiking in the mountains. Many restaurants nearby that serves sumptuous dinner. Breakfast is bountiful and delicious, we are sad to leave, hopefully get a chance to stay at Hotel Chalet Sas Morin again.

The menu offered a fantastic array of choices for breakfast and dinner and every dish I tried was delicious. The ambiance was lovely, perfect for a relaxing dinner, and the staff were knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I'm convince that soon it will be a Michelin star ratted restaurant. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at La Serenella. Whether you're looking for a cozy place to rest or a delectable meal, this hotel has it all.
