Good sized swimmingpool en nice situated. Various breakfast ,nice and friendly staff. Daily clean towels and a brand clean room. Reception made reservations for us, for taxi and Termen. The staff does everything what's possible to make your holiday complete. Many thanks and compliments for your excellent service. We saw that the waiters where so helpfull at breakfast. They helped disabled guests at the breakfastbuffet.In a wheelchair it's impossible to fill your plate, the waiters where so passient and emphatic. Arriving in Florence without any hotel reservation, we stumbled onto this place out of shear necessity. Booked in for a single night, but loved it and stayed an extra couple nights. Clean comfy rooms, excellent bed and linens, friendly staff and a great little little hilltop village just a short walk across the grounds where you can grab a killer bottle of wine and charcuterie. I think they have a couple of pretty good restaurants in the village as well, but we just had some wine, cheese, and marveled at the views. Perfect place if you have a rental car and want to strike out on day trips, and get back to a quiet evening. As mentioned, we stumbled onto this place and loved it. Would have been even better with some better weather, as the huge pool looked pretty inviting. This is a place that you could stay for a whole week or more and unwind.
