The stand out feature were the staff - every single one was friendly, helpful and always happy with a “can do” attitude. The best team that we have been with over many years of travel worldwide. The restaurant was good and everything - all dietary requirements - was, with no exception, too much trouble. Three outside pools and plenty of places for groups to sit out and also for a more quiet relax away from others. Some manageable walks out of the hotel which is set in beautiful Tuscan countryside. Our suite was excellent and the whole property was unique: a village unlike any we have encountered before. It is a Retreat more than Resort and a car is necessary to travel more widely or a very easily organised and reliable taxi through the hotel. Siena is within easy striking distance by car or taxi.

Breakfast was perfect. Due to its location, attractions such as Sienna, Florence, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano can be reached by car. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The room was comfortable and relaxing with top notch cleanliness. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Villa Di Sotto is a 19th-century farmhouse offering a countryside setting in the middle of Tuscany, a 20-minute drive from Siena.

We stayed at Borgo Villa a Sesta for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The village is really beautiful and has a ton of great restaurants despite how small it is. The restaurant on-site has great food and a stunning view. It's the perfect spot to hang out for breakfast or a drink. There's a hot tub you can book, which was a really nice way to spend some time relaxing. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Very nice villa in a very nice location. The owner (living in the other part of the house) is very friendly and does his best to ensure a perfect stay, while at the same time you do not take notice that someone else is staying in the house. The pool is great, the garden beautiful and the house refurbished in original Tuscany style. A perfect place to stay, if you are looking for really relaxing days with the family. There is also table tennis, a nice playground for children and some workout equipment (treadmill, etc.). Siena and Firenze within 1h - but we decided to stay just in the villa and at the pool, because it was so relaxing to be there!
