Staff was helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was bigger than most European hotels I have stayed, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would not recommend sleeping with the window open because the hotel is located near the Arno river so there are mosquitos. However, the hotel is mindful of every detail for guests so they provide you with essential oil repellants. Housekeeping was attentive and did a great job. The location was not central but all the taxi drivers knew the hotel's location, the hotel offers bicycles, and free shuttle to city center.

Residenza le Colline del Paradiso is located in Bivigliano and features a pool with a view and mountain views. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available.

Generally, all the food was amazing. This is a quiet area and very out of the way (which is what we wanted). It is extremely peaceful and a great getaway. There are nearby wineries which I definitely recommend, including Castello del Trebbio. The hotel staff organised a transfer to and from this place. Views at the hotel are outstanding, pool facilities are great too. A very positive stay.

The hotel was overall a good choice – clean, nice and comfortable. We stayed on the 4th floor with a beautiful view. The staff were super friendly, spoke English with us and gave us such good vibes throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and quite varied, with plenty of options. Another big plus was the free and unlimited water available in the hotel – very convenient. Location is also good, about 20–30 minutes’ walk to the city center, which for us was totally fine. The restaurant right next to the hotel was another highlight – fair prices, tasty food and very friendly waiters.

We booked a Junior Suite. It was spacious. Air-conditioning was perfect, so was the shower. Power sockets were abundant. Food was plentiful at the buffet breakfast and there were choices of ordered dishes for us to enjoy. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Hotel was about 15 - 20 minutes from the tourist centre. It was an easy walk and good after having the delicious meals at town which sometimes could be heavy. There is a tram station right in front of the Hotel and the tram reaches the Railway Station within 10 minutes.
