The location was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful. We have stayed here twice - the first time we had a small room but it was very comfortable and convenient. The second time, we had a bigger balcony room on an upper floor. In both cases, the bed was comfortable and showers good. The location is just outside the walled city which meant we could drive and unload our car with minimal difficulty. We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Vinci

I booked this trip for my parents and they are still talking about the hotel today. They stated it was the best hotel they have ever stayed in and want to return immediately! From the rooms, to breakfast, to the facilities location and staff everything was exceptional. A special shout out to Nicki who went out of his way everyday to guide them, recommend different places they should visit, he aided with tickets and transport back to the hotel and quite frankly could not have done anymore for them. Both have talked about Nicky endlessly since coming back and it was fantastic to hear! They have both called it a holiday of a lifetime and they have been showing pictures and videos to all family and friends! This hotel had exceptional reviews which was the reason I booked it, and they were over the moon and have talked in depth about the beauty of the hotel and the surrounding areas/gardens. As soon as they arrived the first thing they mentioned was the beauty and the perfumed aroma as you entered the hotel, both never enjoyed a hotel or holiday as much in their lives.

Friendly staff is the most important! Sometimes we get unpleasant treatment as non-European tourists. But this hotel is exceptional and the staff treat us like king and queen. The rwstaurant and room service quality for the food is crazily delicious! Will surely come back.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. The communication with host was easy and everything was clean. The only suggestions I can make is to leave shampoo/shower gel/hand soap, as well as the decor is a bit tacky (live, laugh, love sort of tacky) and it rather ruins the beautiful space. Would love to have some more authentic decor.
