The place is wonderfully and conveniently located. Just a stone's throw from Urbino and yet immersed in a lush natural environment. The staff is friendly and all facilities are very comfortable.

Dating back to the 18th century, Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo is located in the heart of the Montefeltro region, just 9 km from Urbino.

We liked everything. The location is wonderful. The "tenuta" is very well maintained, large spaces, very clean, very silent. There is a free parking inside the "tenuta". Staff is fantastic and the level of service is very high. Breakfast is very good, high quality, with a lot of choice, for all tastes. Many of the products on the breakfast table are theirs, organic. The restaurant is a lovely place where to have a good and relaxing dinner. The restaurant is not "inside" the resort but still at walking distance. It's more expensive than the usual "agriturismo" but it's worth for the chef, the wine (their production) and the staff. The place can be reached only by car. It's quite close to Urbino and other points of interest around.

The room was clean and well equipped, the bed was huge and so comfortable! Breakfast service was top notch, the staff was very nice, helpful and fast. And the food was amazing, a lot of variety at any time. The restaurant was also very good, especially the pizza is worth recommending. I am going to come back there if I’m in the area again!

It was a lovely, place with full kitchen facilities and pond with ducks abd frogs, surrounded by enveloping hills. We had such a warm welcome and it was so good value for money. Bed was wide and really comfortable abd bathroom big. Outside terrace was really nice in the morning. I would have liked to stay longer. I felt like being in happy home. Thank you so much of the warm athmosphere!
