Sea Gate Resort exceeded my expectations! The stunning dead sea view, immaculate villas, and exceptional cleanliness, spotless villas, and exceptional privacy. The warm pool is perfect for relaxation, and the staff provide outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Overall, hotel is excellent with location, easy access to 3 swimming pools inside the hotel premises, and Dead Sea either on foot or with golf cart what is offered from hotel. Food was great, personnel working polite and definitely worth the money paid for the stay. Rooms are spacious, every day cleaned what got us happy and surprised. Overall excellent hotel and recommended to be visited

Amazing: staff, food, rooms, all facilities

I've been at this Hotel many times, since it was opened in 1999. And it is the best hotel in the Dead Sea area. Everything is wonderful - rooms, staff and, especially, Zara Spa.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with many pools (including an adult only pool) and direct access to the dead sea. They also have a cart to bring you down to the Dead Sea. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and gave us an upgrade to a pool and seaview room.

My choice of Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea was not made in vain. My previous experiences have proven that Kempinski hotels are the best choice and a symbol of luxury, quality, and excellent service wherever they are found. Therefore, I did not hesitate for a moment to choose Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea as my place of stay in Jordan. When I arrived at the hotel, my expectations were not disappointed, as the hotel met the anticipated standards in terms of luxury, elegance, and services. What made the experience even more delightful was the warm welcome from the hotel manager himself, who greeted us warmly and offered us a discount on the rooms we had chosen. A heartfelt thank you to him and to all the hotel staff. The rooms we stayed in were in the Royal Villa, which is directly facing the sea and close to the restaurants and main services in the Ishtar building. The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Saeed at the pool for his outstanding service, limitless dedication, and commitment to ensuring our comfort. His devotion to guest satisfaction truly made a difference in our stay. You truly made our stay enjoyable, and we hope to repeat the experience.
