I liked the privacy, the heated water and the villa is new; everything there was super clean. The staff were very helpful and we had the best time.

Everything was clean and the service was very excellent by It was a lot of fun, I loved it Mr. Salah Al-Assaf and Mr. Magdy And Mr. Nour El-Din is from the housekeeping, the hotel is very clean, and this is not the first visit

Very nice and clean hotel located on the shores of the Dead sea. From our arrival we felt very secure. The room we stayed in was good size with view towards the pool area. Room and bathroom are clean, we felt it is a bit oldish but still nice. The pool area is very big with several different pools and jacuzzis. A bar is located next to the pools. Acces to the dead sea is made in 2 minutes by walking down the stairs. Mud and towels were provided and also sitting area. We had buffet dinner and breakfast, lots of choices, food was good. One evening there was a bellydancer show, quite enjoyable.

The customer service was excellent. Mr. Almasria was very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. One of the best employees at this hotel.

When I arrived at the hotel, my expectations were not disappointed, as the hotel met the anticipated standards in terms of luxury, elegance, and services. What made the experience even more delightful was the warm welcome from the hotel manager himself, who greeted us warmly and offered us a discount on the rooms we had chosen. A heartfelt thank you to him and to all the hotel staff. The rooms we stayed in were in the Royal Villa, which is directly facing the sea and close to the restaurants and main services in the Ishtar building. The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Saeed at the pool for his outstanding service, limitless dedication, and commitment to ensuring our comfort. His devotion to guest satisfaction truly made a difference in our stay. You truly made our stay enjoyable, and we hope to repeat the experience.
