Love the swimming pool and the room service that deliver the food to our rooms. The facilities are all very clean and new. Also the location of the hotel is just right at the door of the visitor centre so it’s very convenient after a whole day of heavy hiking you’d be so exhausted just to walk any further into the downtown area.

You must live here when you visit Petra. The staffs are all kind and helpful, and the room is super clean. We stayed for three nights and they clean up our apartment everyday, fill up the snack bar! A 10 out of 10 experience!

The room with the mountain view is amazing - sunset from this place was maybe the most beautiful we've seen in Jordan.. There is a rooftop restaurant where people fight to take places next to window, while you can get it just for yourself, sitting in comfortable chair. very tasty breakfast. But this is not the best in this hotel. The lady supervisor is the nicest, the most organized person I've met in any hotel. Whatever we needed, one word and she took care of it. Confidence, control and positive energy. She could easily be head of any hotel in the world. Great stay, fully recommend

My stay at Petra Inbox Hostel was truly amazing! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from giving tips about Petra to helping me plan transportation. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the common areas had a really nice atmosphere where you can meet other travelers. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the Petra Visitor Center, which makes it super convenient. The rooftop terrace is a perfect place to relax after exploring, with beautiful views and a peaceful vibe. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, and the price was really good for what you get. Overall, it felt like home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Petra!
