A surprisingly pleasant stay! I booked this hotel because I found it was too late for me to continue to my actual destination after flying to Osaka. However, staying in this hotel turned out to be an amazing experience on its own. The dinosaurus robots in the reception were fun and cute welcome to the place. The room was very clean, functional and cozy with good amenities. I especially appreciated the beautiful, peaceful onsen experience late in the evening, gazing at the calming ocean in the morning, and enjoying a local breakfast. Even though the checkin experience was fully automated, it was easy to get in touch with the staff and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great stay!

Perfect ! As a tattooed person, I went to the public baths after 11 o'clock in the evening so as not to disturb the customers, and it was really great! The gym is really good too.

    +The view from the window of the room is phenomenal. +Clean and comfortable room +You can buy fresh orange juice for little money +Cool dinos +Area to relax and read manga. +It's nice to have direct access to the spa area including onsen. I loved the relaxing atmosphere at night and the view during the day. +I don't smoke, but it's good that there is a smoking area for those in need, so the environment stays clean (even though the place might be too windy, but at least there is one).

    We missed our flight (I know) and booked this literally last minute. It has a good gym, spa and other facilities to relax. Would recommend if you’re needing a stop over. The front reception was eye catching… .

    It was a good hotel to stay at the night before our departure from the Kansai International Airport. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the station. It was very easy to get to the airport from there in the morning. The hotel guests have free access to the adjoining spa with public baths, a café and a tatami room with books. It was a nice way to relax on our final evening in Japan.

    Spacious - larger than the standard room in Japan cities. Clean. Beautiful view of the bay. Relaxing. Good breakfast included. Very helpful staff even though reception desk is manned by a robot.
