We used the hotel as a base to visit Tokyo, Hakone, Kamakura etc. It is a 10 minutes walk from the train station and there is a 7-Eleven right at the hotel lobby. Lot of food option and also a Don Quijote within walking distance. There are free drinks, ice cream, and noodles daily included in the stay. Highly recommend getting their breakfast buffet at least once as the selection and taste is amazing! The bath is clean and comfortable and we look forward to visiting everyday. Washing machine is free but dryer costs 100 yen.

Really close to the Haneda, only 1300 yen for taxi. We've used this hotel as a first place to stay in Tokyo after late arrival in Haneda and everything went perfectly. It was much cheaper to stay in this hotel than take a taxi to the cheaper hotel in the center. Room is very big and fully equipped. Breakfast was delicious. The view from the hotel is pretty nice and the transfer service to the train station was also great.

Good breakfast, I enjoyed every morning. It is not the reachest choice i have ever seen, but it was definetly a good breakfast. Spa with onsen it is one of the key benefits of the hotel - 24h without extra charge. Nice bar, nice room, with shower cabin and bath. I have stayed in many hotels in Tokyo. My final opinion: I would repeat my stay in this hotel with pleasure.

Very convenient location – there is a direct bus from Narita Station almost right to the hotel. The onsen facilities are great and the view from the top is superb. An additional plus is a great variety of food for breakfast.

It was my last day of the Japan holiday, ready to fly back home. The hotel offers a hot bath, perfect for end of very busy holiday, to be relax and soak in the hot bath. Also the morning buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties food. The hotel is spacious and room is big size, comfortable.

Everything in the room was great. The sauna is fantastic and was a major reason for my booking here (for a very relaxing, re-energizing overnight stay, as a stop-over, on the way from Victoria, Canada to Manila, Philippines). Overall, I was impressed by the sauna, especially since this is was all housed within a hotel. The hotel staff were friendly. There are even several massage chairs as well as a reading room. The location also is good; one can walk to many restaurants etc.

The hotel provides a free airport shuttle service, there is an onsen, the rooms are spacious (by Tokyo standards), the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is great, and there are self-service laundry machines at very reasonable prices.

The variety at breakfast both Japanese and European was fresh , beautifully presented and was plentiful. The extra details with ice creams in the evening with the massage chairs in the relaxation the Raman after 9.30pm where a welcomed gift. The onsen was fabulous up above the skyline and with great amenities.

Wonderful breakfast (traditional Japanese and some western dishes), lovely hot spring and sauna! Complimentary ice cream and drinks after the bath really hit the spot. We enjoyed the cold treats in the city-viewing room, sitting back and relaxing. A perfect way to end a fun day of walking about the local shops and restaurants just behind the hotel. Complimentary late-night hot noodles service was another bonus! It's funny how much you can eat when you're on vacation!
