SingaporeStayed 2 days at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They even had a English speaking staff to assist foreign tourists. I really felt "omotenashi" during my stay here.
The facilities were great too and I'm so happy that they had free washing machine. You just needed to pay another 100 yen to dry your clothes for 20 mins. It was great that you could enjoy the onsen, wait for your laundry to finish, then enjoy the free ice-cream or probiotic drink after the onsen.
Had breakfast during the New Year period and the food was great. There was a change in the menu on day 2, so I was impressed.
