staff friendly and polite, I made the hotel reservation on the booking website, after completing the reservation I realized that the room was for smokers, I asked for a room change, they promptly moved me to a non-smoking room, The meal had a huge variety of food, the breakfast was also fantastic, I definitely want to stay there again

The private outside hot spring room is good. The location is good because it is near the 道の駅那須高原友愛の森, the through station of the speed bus from the Tokyo.
