The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

Great location - namba station is 1 minute walk and the city center is 3 minute walk. Also, good quality as all APA in Japan. The hotel as a great rooftop with an excellent view. They stayed with the luggage for free after we checked out .

Cleanliness, location, a stone's throw from Dotonbori. The rooms are decent in size, and the space is very well organized. There is a desk, a minibar, a water heating mug, a large TV, hangers for clothes. The bathroom is small, especially the place where the sink is, between the shower cubicle and the wall, makes you keep bumping your elbows. In the shower cabin there are containers with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. The facilities include a magic toilet with a heated seat, and hot water for washing intimate areas, a shower with very good pressure. All other amenities, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair elastics, make-up removing discs, razor blade, coffee, sugar, all kinds of creams and lotions can be taken from the stand next to the reception according to needs. The hotel also provides pajamas and slippers. On the 4th floor there is an onsen for women and one for men, a beauty room for women, with hairdryers, hair brushes, face and hair products and a foot massager. Also there is a vending machine for drinks and food, a laundry-dryer room and a library with manga books. On the ground floor of the hotel there is a Family Mart very good for breakfast.
