There is shuttle service available at Mt Fuji station for those who do not drive. The place looked great. We managed to have a clear view of Mt Fuji in the morning and it was breathtaking. There was even a brief moment when the Mt Fuji turned pink in the morning during sunrise. The hot spring and shower area looked like a private bathhouse. Food was normal and enough for us, but you can consider bringing additional food and snacks. There were A LOT of free beverages.

The hotel is not new and shiny, but for those who love a place with history and amazing lake views, couldn't be a better choice. The furniture and facilities are a bit run down, but we expected that and it didn't bother us one bit. Huge Japanese style room, outstanding breakfast, lake Kawaguchiko right outside, movie-like atmosphere. They have a free shuttle bus to the station, but it's also easily walkable. Would love to come back again! Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Everything about our stay was great, the room was spacious and beautifully designed with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, the staff went out of their way to make our experience amazing on multiple occasions, the breakfast has a good selection of food, and the private bath with sauna felt so goooood! The wifi is great, we spent time working from there without any problems. The location is also pretty good, a bit up the mountain making it very scenic, we loved the walk up/down and we saw some deers! Very convenient to get to bus terminal and the Kaba bus. With a car you are next to the lake in a few minutes.

We arrived at the hotel on the complimentary shuttle bus from Gotemba which was super easy to arrange over email. We had a Fuji view from our room which stunning when it wasn't raining. The onsen was perfect especially the outdoor area that looks over Fiji. The staff were so attentive and professional and helped with my golf booking at the club round the corner. The breakfast was amazing and the Japanese restaurant, Robata Oyama, was stunning and one of the best dining experiences I've had.

Located a 10-minute walk away from Lake Kawaguchi, Fujikawaguchiko Crescendo welcomes guests with a complimentary drink. Kawaguchiko Train Station is located a 12-minute taxi ride from the property.

The owner Yoshi was amazing. He was really helpful in giving advice. Also treated us to a show when we came back for drink later but playing guitar and singing traditional Japanese songs as well as some of his own creation. The view was lovely, particular from the hottub. Room was big and very comfortable. Also had two private onsens for guests to use, be warned though they can get hot so may need chilling down before use! The hotel is on the North shore so much quieter and you'll likely need to get a bus or taxi if you want to find restaurants for dinner. Alternatively you can try eating at the accommodation. We did not have time for this which is a shame as we imagine it would have been good given the rest of our experience. We did try the bar and can recommend the local sake.

Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

The room was cosy and spacious. Our room had a private outdoor spa which was super cute, quite comfortable for 2. We booked here because it had a private spa at an affordable price. There were only about 5-6 other rooms so my boyfriend and I were both able to enjoy the public spas alone as well around 10pm. Owner is friendly. He offered for us to use his car to get to convenience stores if needed. There are also really nice restaurants like Gyeongbokgung Palace (KBBQ) and Cafe Dining LuDERA like a 15 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again. Only regret is not booking breakfast.
