Renovated rooms were very big and nicely done. Beds were comfortable. The Onsen was exceptional, breakfast buffet also great. The daily lounge and free afternoon tea was amazing. There is also an indoor kids club area which is open from 7am for young kids, a playground outside as well, was a great hotel for young children

The infinity onsen was gorgeous, and the view from the rooms and the roof top was incredible! The bus services to collect us from the fery terminal, and drop us off at Toyohashi Station was ideal.

The fact that it was near the beach and have a beautiful view from the room. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious wish we had booked the dinner early as well. Thank you for the wonderful stay hoping to come back again!

Great environment with many place to walk around, , our room was big with a great view. Buffet provide a lot of choice. Services were nice.
