Huge amount of staff, everything delivered relatively fast, staff couldn't be anymore professional. The staff was the highest point for me. Housekeeping happens twice a day which is more than most 5* hotels.

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style.

Big seize two floor duplex room, nice and classy design room, very comfortable king size bed. Very elegant colonial type hotel. Even though the hotel builds above major and the biggest and busiest train station in Tokyo but it sounds nothing in the room. Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later. It is world 5 stars hotel at the Tokyo Train station.

The Room is very spacious especially we have 3 large suitcase and we are able to open all of them in the room. The hotel set up a third bed for my 6 years old daughter and she loved it!

We were blown away by the views! I highly recommend booking the Garden View rooms here. We spent over an hour spotting all the famous landmarks in Tokyo, and with the help of our camera's zoom lens, we managed to see them clearly. Tokyo Skytree, Tokyo Dome, Tokyo Station, Tokyo Tower, the entire Shibuya and Shinjuku areas, and more – you can even see the Landmark Tower in Yokohama from the room! Everything else, from cleanliness to service and breakfast, was top-notch. It’s a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.

Perfekt boutique hotel in a perfect location for a well rounded Tokyo experience. It sits right between Aoyama and Omote-Sando, 2 hipster neighbourhoods with great vibes and shopping. Views from the room were excellent!
