The location is a fair bit isolated but its nice because of how connected Tokyo is, it feels like an oasis in a city that swamps your attention. We really loved our stay together here. I couldn't be happier with the views of tokyo tower and toranamon from our room.

We had a beautiful Japanese style room with lots of space and everything we needed included. The beds were softer than in other hotels which was perfect for me, and there was a selection of pillows to cater for different needs. The Japanese breakfast was delicious. The hotel is locted a short walk uphill from Shinagawa station. (At the time of our visit, construction was going on at the station area and the hotel shuttle bus did not stop in front of the station, which was not a problem for us). The hotel garden was beautifully illuminated at night. Due to location and the overall standard in the hotel which was excellent, I will most certainly stay at this hotel again when going back to Tokyo.

We had a superb experience from start to finish. We were travelling with two teenage children. The staff at this hotel could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. So nice to have people who want to help. They facilitated an early check for us after a very long flight which was so welcome . We stayed in a club room and would highly recommend as you can use the Club Lounge . Overall an amazing experience. The Hotel is stunning , has an amazing bar along with fantastic views from all over the Hotel common areas and Hotel rooms.
