Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

This is a family-run hotel with amazing views on Mt Fuji. The owners were super helpful and kind with us. They have a private onsen that we could have for only us after a long day of walking, which was incredible. In the morning we had an early jacuzzi with a stunning view on Mt Fuji. The breakfast was super good with vegetables from their own garden and it was delicious and really generous! Also, the beds are really confortable! Overall, it was just amazing.

Everything about our stay was great, the room was spacious and beautifully designed with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, the staff went out of their way to make our experience amazing on multiple occasions, the breakfast has a good selection of food, and the private bath with sauna felt so goooood! The wifi is great, we spent time working from there without any problems. The location is also pretty good, a bit up the mountain making it very scenic, we loved the walk up/down and we saw some deers! Very convenient to get to bus terminal and the Kaba bus. With a car you are next to the lake in a few minutes.

Spacious room, with a nice view of Mt Fuji (lucky the weather was good). Food (both in room dining and breakfast) was well-prepared and tastes very nice, and the price was reasonable too. Staff are extremely friendly, professional and provided efficient service! Lastly, a great place to stay for car fans!!
