This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and close to a lot of the main attractions in Yokohama. It’s nice that the hotel has a pool and a bathhouse too.

Overlooking Yokohama Bay, the Intercontinental boasts a 31st-floor Chinese restaurant and a spa with massages. Rooms have free WiFi and city or bay views.

Beautiful view over the Bay from our room, both by day and by night (good lighting). Breakfast (buffet) very abundant and various, absolutely exceptional. Cooking from different countries and for different habits. The breakfast is available early in the morning (7 am) Also at the lounge in the first floor there was the possibility of a light dinner associated to a beautiful view over the bay and to light music. There are several elegant shops in the Hotel, not expected, with japan products not banal. A bus to the Airport is coming just in front of the Hotel. Of course Taxi service is easily available. The Hotel is in a business area of the city, very modern. You have to go to the old part by bus or taxi.

Everything! Best services and biggest and greatest cabine even in japan ! Amazing services for the value, from super nice team, the private onsen to the free ramen and ice cream ! once we adapted to the Japanese spa experience .. ie separate communal bathing and spa it was wonderful. the treatments are excellent and we completely relaxed . the futon beds were a shock but we soon adapted
