    This is a former Mariotte hotel, so it still provides for a good quality service. Check in was fast, staff is very responsive and eager to help. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, very good breakfasts with a large variety of hot and cold dishes. There’s also an option to order eggs of your choice. The pool is large enough to swim and rather deep, however the water was too cold to relax in it. The views are splendid, ours was facing the opera theatre and the Shatyr shopping mall.

    The Rooftopbar is outstanding. And life-music. Incredible view. Delicious food. Very silent area. Incredible breakfast with buffet with classic Kazakh food and also intercontinental breakfast. Delicious and with the incredible view it tastes super. Dinner with sunset 🌅 and music. Simply one of the best hotels in Astana. Clean pool, clean SPA. And the absolutely best THAI massage ever. You feel your bones again and feel 10 years younger. (For 2 days).

    perfect location. hospitality and very helpful staff. They're all professional. breakfast is exceptional. room is stylish, modern and very comfortable. spa, swimming pool and jacuzzi is very relaxing and spacious. Don't want to leave.
