Perfect oasis! A tranquil and lush setting with well kept gardens. Lovely helpful staff. Fantastic fresh delicious food. Tour desk was ready to help - maybe they could have some more up to date information as there’s so much to do - but without prior reading or a guide book it’s a little hard to access. The pizza delivery from nearby is a winner. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay feel like home. They deserve an award for hospitality in 2022 - a great come back after the pandemic. Our stay at The Nam Khan Resort was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in until the end of our visit. We spent three wonderful nights there, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room had an incredible view, was spotlessly clean, and we adored the refreshing lemongrass scent throughout. The soothing sound of the river flowing nearby made it a true retreat for us. We enjoyed a massage by the pool since the spa and wellness centre was under renovation, but it was still a relaxing and delightful experience. The in-room dining was excellent, and the staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and attentive—truly some of the best hospitality we've encountered! We were so impressed with their organic vegetable garden and the way they grow fresh produce to serve their guests. As someone who also makes and runs a soap and skincare business in Australia, I was thrilled to see they create their own natural shampoo and shower gel. It made me so proud of Laos and The Nam Khan Resort for this sustainable and thoughtful touch. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the resort, and we hardly felt the need to leave. Although the weather was a bit cool for swimming, and the sauna was still under renovation, we had such a great time relaxing and exploring the premises. Overall, we are incredibly grateful to the Nam Khan team for taking such wonderful care of us and making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return the next time we're in Laos! We stayed for a week and loved every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, making us feel at home. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, with great options for everyone, including vegans (soy milk was a nice touch!) The pool was beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the main road. The complimentary tuk-tuk service was super convenient too. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Luang Prabang!

Staff were outstanding, looked after my Coeliac partner so he ate very well. Beautiful room, pool and shared areas. Free shuttle service to and from centre of town. Very peaceful. Upgrade to a huge room.

The property was stunning! Surrounded by water and beautifully maintained gardens, the air con was nice and cool and the price incredibly reasonable considering it was a brief 4-5min walk to the centre The customer service was amazing, they organised tours and taxis to and from the airport for us , we can’t wait to return again next year what a hidden gem of Laos
