Excellent service from all staff, from reception to breakfast and the Stella Bar. The hotel has a great location with a beautiful river view. I had hoped for a room with a river view, but I still enjoyed the stunning scenery from the Stella Bar. Highly recommend trying the signature cocktails at the rooftop Stella Bar—each one is a delight! The Thai manager and her team are exceptionally welcoming, and the food, both at breakfast and at the Stella Bar, is fantastic. I will definitely visit again!

The appartements are so spacious and very clean and modern. The hotel employees are all very kind and polite and ready to help you. Reception people, restaurant people and also the ladies who clean the rooms are very kind and ready to help The breakfast was excellent. The pool is not big, but very nice. The gym is very clean with modern machines. I recommend 100 percent this appartement hotel. You can Choose it without doubt.

The most impressive thing about this hotel is how experienced and helpful the front of house staff are, they communicated with us clearly in English which is extremely helpful. They made every process seamless and smooth. Helped up with things both inside and externally to the hotel. I will mention by name: Olieng, Date and Linda. Between the three of them they made our stay amazing. The room was spacious, clean, comfy and cool. Everything in the room worked perfectly and it even had a very high quality TV! We used the restaurant for dinner and it was exquisite. The complementary breakfast was perfect for any and all people as they offer a wide variety of breakfast foods. The pool was refreshing, clean and had complementary towels. Overall our 5/5 in all sections is very much deserved. Would book again.

    Most fabulous breakfast EVER! The only hotel in many travels where a waiter comes to you and asks what KIND of coffee you would like and the highest quality latte or cappuccino comes back! Beautiful! Staff are just so lovely, helpful and friendly too. Great BIG comfy bed! And top quality massage in their spa too!
