The place was super nice, I would say better than the pictures and the owner was really welcoming, he made us feel at home straight away. Helped us to order some dinner, gave us directions and made us a lovely breakfast. He is always available if you need help. The beds were comfy (double bed mattress was a lot comfier than single that’s the only comment). Air con, mozzy nets, washing machine - couldn’t have asked for much more.

The staff and a "share culture" made this spot perfect. It is a simple place with basic rooms and facilities. It is an inexpensive, no-frills place. However, the owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He picked us up from a 1 am flight. The breakfast was good. He gave us fruit right from his garden. He got us cell phone service and advice for our trip. He gave us adapters for plugs and helped with all sorts of advice. Guests leave items to share: Sunscreen, Shampll, lotion, etc... that you can use. He has a simple quaint garden with active bird life. It was a good location and a nice welcome.

Clean and spacious room with a great pool and very helpful hosts. A 10 mile min walk to the beach ( which was not great) Food in the accommodation was great and our first experience of Sri Lanka curry, which was delicious. Would recommend

Very nice rooms, with fan and Aircon.The place is spotless and very close to restaurants and shops. Also very close to the beach. The house itself is in very good condition as well and the host was very friendly. Good parking.

Terin and Co. are phenomenal. He stayed up until very late to pick us up from the airport on our delayed flight. Received us with welcoming drinks, Arranged further transport at a very competitive price with professional people, facilitated us with SIM cards for free. Location was great, room was quiet with good AC. Bed comfortable with really fancy ergonomic pillows! The bathroom was not directly attached to the room, but it was our own private bathroom to use, with a curtain providing privacy to go from the room to the toilet. Warm water in the shower. Easy walk to the beach through the back way, close to food and restaurants! Nice light breakfast and common space for guests to eat together! Good wifi. This place is off the tourist strip and is tucked away in a residential area, but it's really easy to walk to town in less than 5 minutes Owners are attentive and professional!
