Very nice and clean. The hotel is new, with only six rooms which we loved. We had the swimming pool for ourselves most of the time. The manager and other staff are very friendly, they accepted us with such warmth it was true pleasure to be there. We’re leaving with beautiful memories.

Stunning location. Beautifully laid out, nestled on the top of a hill amongst a lovely tea-garden. The cottages (rooms) are beautifully decorated as if a private home, supremely comfortable.

Excellent value for money, friendly staff, the quiet beach location of Habaraduwa. Breakfast is the same every day, but good. There are several cafes along the beach. 1 minute walk to the beach. The room was clean.

This is a very quiet location on a long deserted beach. The rooms look out onto the sea, it's magical. There were few guests there for our stay. The staff couldn't do more for us, they were very attentive. Breakfast was really good.

Me and my partner are frequent travelers, but also in comparison to many other hotels, we were staying at, Tabula Rasa Resort ist definetely in top 3. Amazing attention to details: starting from the service of the stuff, ending with how clean, well-thought and stylish the hotel is. The stuff deserves special thank you: we were provided with EVERYTHING we were just thinking about: the scooter, motorcycle, information about the wanted tours or help with the tours we planned by ourself. The Transfer-Guy who was organized by the hotel to bring us was late for 1 hour due to traffic: as a compensation we got free head massage. The guy in the restaurant came earlier 2 times (at 5:30!!) just to serve us two early breakfast and coffee. Even when in the beginning of our stay it was just two of us in the hotel they did the maximum program: with music, atmosphere, service, beautiful lights in the hotel. It is definetely a 5-star experience and service and we would definitely recommend the hotel to all of the people coming to Sri Lanka. And big thank you for the owners (if the sprites are true dutch architect and designer;) for making the hotel exclusively beautiful.

We had great stay in Agnus! It's located on the hill and has mesmerizing view on the sea, Peace Pagoda temple and Galle Fort. Staff was super friendly and helpful! It was pleasure to have delicious breakfast on the balcony, while watching monkeys over the garden. Room was huge and clean with great room service.
