CanadaLocation was great, room was quiet with good AC. Bed comfortable with really fancy ergonomic pillows! The bathroom was not directly attached to the room, but it was our own private bathroom to use, with a curtain providing privacy to go from the room to the toilet. Warm water in the shower.
Easy walk to the beach through the back way, close to food and restaurants!
Nice light breakfast and common space for guests to eat together! Good wifi.
This place is off the tourist strip and is tucked away in a residential area, but it's really easy to walk to town in less than 5 minutes
Owners are attentive and professional!

The rooms are spacious & very comfortable. Breakfast is great & plentiful.
The pool & gardens are beautiful.
What really makes this place special are the staff. They give you such a warm welcome, they are helpful & really friendly.

United KingdomWe needed a quiet place with a swimming pool for 2 days before leaving to the Bandaranaike international airport.
We found the host Mr Livera was truly one of the most friendly and helpful .
Our departure was still 4 am, the taxis were really too expensive at 1.30 am, Mr Livera accompanied us to the airport so kindly for a very modest price.
The little hotel is a beautiful jewel, brand new, we were the first guests.
Very clean bed linen, comfy beds , had a great sleep.
Bathroom is all modern and clean.
The pool and the sun beds are a blessing, the spool shower is fab.
Soap is provided bring your own shampoo and body wash.
This is a small hotel, the chef makes super tasty food, what we requested was done.
The photos don't show the true beauty of this place. Highly recommended for your arrival chill out before you head for your vacation or before your departure.
There are many ships and restaurants near by.
I highly recommend Serendib pub and restaurant a few meters from the main road.
We had the pleasure in meeting Mr livera's wife and their lovely son 🥰

The staff were super helpful. My husband had a minor cut on his finger and they were very proactive to help. We had also shipped an online order and they kindly held it for us one day before arrival.
