We were really surprised by the quality of this hotel as it provides amazing value for money. The people are very nice, the rooms we stayed in were spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had dinner here, which was really good. Same holds for breakfast. Also the swimming pool is great! We spent only 1 night in the hotel as a stop on our journey from Trincomalee to Ella, so we can't evaluate the hotel's location, but it was in a quiet area and had all the facilities we were looking for.

The location and room was perfect. The owner, Shirana prepared delicious breakfast and dinner. We spent time with her and her husband Sunil altogether during dinner and had a lot of fun. They made us feel at home. We highly recommend this place! :)

Very large room and bathroom, bigger than most in Sri Lanka. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff, nothing was too much trouble, even arranged bicycle rental for us. Be sure to eat dinner there to enjoy their delicious curries! They also helped us to flag down the correct bus going along the highway to our next stop! Thanks so much!

Our host was amazing and helped us with everything. The food was super, and we've got way more than we could eat. The hotel is located right around the corner of the sacred city, and we rented bikes to explore it easily.

Priyanna Guesthouse was a very nice place to stay in Polonnaruwa. It is located not too far from the ruines of Polonnaruwa in a very beautifull, green and quiet neighborhood. We had a big, clean room and bathroom for six people which we very much liked. Priyanna was a perfect host that was very friendly and helpfull. He provided us with amazing breakfasts and diners. Furthermore, he gave us the needed information how to get through town and provided us with rental bikes to visit the ruines. Priyanna is very flexible. You can talk to him about your plans and he'll give you some more advice and make sure breakfast is ready according to when you want to start your day. We would definitely recommend staying here for a visit to Polonnaruwa.

We had an incredible one night stay at Green Garden Homestay. Nillu (the guest) was super friendly, cooked delicious food for dinner and breakfast and we had a great conversation with her and her son. She also helped us arrange the safari to Huluro Eco Park, where we could see lots of wild elephants. We fell in love with her dog Elly, she was so cute and barked at the monkeys that tried to get close to the house! We would repeat for sure and recommend to our friends visiting Sri Lanka
