Excellent customer service, the front desk staff, Ms Manal is very helpful in providing information to assist us in exploring Marrakech and arranging taxi for us. The suite is spacious and comfy, thank you for the upgrade. The hotel is near the train station and there are many restaurants nearby.

Everything was great, it's a cosy riadh with lovely owners. We could park our car 5 min away from the Riadh. We loved our stay, the breakfast was also great,highly recmmended

The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. We didn't had time to have traditional tea with cookies, so they offered us to have that at checkout. The lobby and rooms was nice, clean and beautiful. Breakfast was served at the roof terrace and it was delicious, they even offered to have some more of the foods that we enjoyed. Room was designed beautify and location of the property was very central and easy to find.

Wonderful riad on a great location in the medina, close to the souks but still quite. Lovely staff, especially Karim helped us a lot with all we needed! Breakfast was great too.

The staff were incredible and really helpful at all times. Breakfast was also lovely, we got given a selection of foods. My partner was Gluten Intolerant and the wonderful staff made a plan to ensure he could also enjoy a beautiful breakfast. The location of the hotel was great, we had easy access to the Medina and could walk to all the sites.
