Everything, it’s a new build with comfortable beds, great showers, a wonderful fresh breakfast and dinner. There’s a lovely pool, sadly the weather was not warm enough in December for a swim but I enjoyed the sun beds! The hammam and massage we booked here was excellent. We were just a few minutes away from Atlas Studios. The hospitality we received was some of best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much!

The guy at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, the place was super cute, great SPA service with massage and hamamatsu, food ,at dinner, was really good too

I loved everything about our stay in Le Petit Riad. Aimed was absolutely incredible - he helped us from the minute we arrived in planning excursions and helping us get a lift from the airport. Everyday he made us feel like family and his level of service was impeccable. He honestly made our whole trip & even organised a special dinner for my boyfriends birthday was was exceptional & even sang him happy birthday. The whole thing was so special. All of the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful. Genuinely we can’t wait to go back to hopefully see them all again. They all work so hard everyday. The meals were amazing as there are limited options for eating out in Ouarzazate. We ate at the Riad most evenings and the food options were amazing / varied. It is amazing value for money and so incredibly tasty - bravo to the kitchen staff! The breakfasts were also very tasty & amazing value for money. The property itself is absolutely stunning! All areas were beautifully done & the pool was stunning to relax by. Every area is beautiful and I can’t fault the facilities in the slightest. It genuinely is an 11/10 stay & amazing value for the price.

Beautiful hotel with I credibly friendly and attentive staff. Delightful breakfast and one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in!! Iness and samira were brilliant. A true credit to the hotel. When I come back to Ouarzazate I will only stay at the OZ Palace.

The hotel's owner is a film producer and the hotel is decorated accordingly with props and designs from various films. Very charming. The breakfast was lovely, not lavish but we were happy to linger and chat with some other guests. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We spoke only in French so I can't say how good their English might be.

Superb property in a great location . Enjoyed wandering around looking at the decor inside. Fantastic pool area and surrounding gardens. Rooms perfect. Staff very helpful and always available to assist.

Me and my family had the best time. We spend 7 nights here. The host was expectional. We had the best breakfast every morning. We had everything we needed in the property and the host was very helpful. The staff are the most loveliest people i have ever meet so helpful. The best views from the town. If you ever go there it's a must stay.

We spent a few nights at the wonderul Karam Palace hotel in Ouarzazate. The location is fantastic, near the Taourirt Kashbah. Life music druing the evening. We wanted to change our room for some more privacy, it was no problem at all, we could choose from 3 different rooms on the 1st floor. The rooms are recently renovated, have a good bed and a great shower. All the staff members are very friendly and helpfull, they made us feel really welcome! We want to mention eveybody form cleaning ladies to management and also mr. Saleh of the wonderfull breakast and diner buffet for the excellent service!
