MalaysiaUnlike many grand old hotels, this one certainly lived up to the hype. The room was modern and exceedingly spacious with a full sized walk in closet and double bathroom. The balcony was also spacious and we appreciated the fact that ours overlooked the patio area of the hotel rather than the noisier Casino area. From the valet, to the reception staff, concierge and doorman, all were very friendly and helpful. We were also given complimentary use of the hotel's spa to shower and change after we had checked out as we had a late flight to catch.

This is a good place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff is very kind, experienced and helpful. Our room was spacious, we liked the balcony as well. It was clean everywhere. Service was excellent and we enjoyed Nikki beach bar, which was open from 8am for guests to swim. The walk way from the 7th floor to the casino de Monte Carlo made a short walk even quicker! Being on the hairpin bend was great too! Food and drinks were great quality and the in room coffee machine was topped up daily. The sauna in the spa was great to relax after a lots of walking!
