The hotel is located in the center, but at the same time on a quiet street. It is important that the hotel is after the reconstruction of a historical building - everything is new, clean, beautiful, tastefully decorated interior and rooftop pool overlooking the harbour. What I like most about the hotel is the staff - everyone is very friendly and genuinely willing to help. On the day of arrival, there was a lovely girl Marina, who told and showed everything. But the most interesting thing happened on the way out of the hotel and this confirmed the level of preparation and attitude towards the hotel's customers. I forgot my watch and jewelry in my room and remembered it at the airport. Everything was like in a James Bond movie. I called the hotel, after 5 minutes they collected my things, sealed them and called a taxi. The taxi left for the airport and Pyne sent me a screenshot of the route and the car. And she sent me the movement, and when the taxi arrived at the airport, I was already waiting at the entrance. I received my things 5 ​​minutes before boarding. It was a quest and a miracle. I would like to thank Pyne from the front desk for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

My stay was simply perfect. I chose this hotel to visit Malta but especially to rest. Not only I got total silence and quietness in a charming environment, as I felt part of a family by the lovely staff. Personalised service, friendliness and efficiency. Totally recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable experience in Valletta.

The Presidential Suite, as seen on the hotel website or on Booking.com, is provided for up to two people, but upon special request from us they would add two extra beds for the children to the final price of 1084 euros for four nights. I have to say that the employees were very kind and helpful in all our interactions. But what surprised me was the lack of information about the room from the reception at check in and I will explain why. After we checked in and were given our cards and a keyring with two keys, we were told which elevator to use to go to the 12th floor. After reaching the floor we followed a rather long route to the room. Our initial impression was disappointing as the bedroom veranda was on the inner courtyard and without much of a view, which for me is a problem as I always choose rooms with a view even if we pay more for them as I look for visual escapes. So, if you book a room at this particular hotel, make sure it doesn't have a view of the inner courtyard if you're like me. The living room had a tinted glass door that led out next to other elevators than the ones we had previously taken to the floor, as well as to a lovely large roof terrace with a great view of Valletta, which at first, we thought was communal. We soon found out for ourselves that the roof terrace is private to the suite and that the particular elevators on the 12th floor only served the suite using the key we were given as there were no buttons for the 12th floor. In any other hotel they would advertise these amenities but here they didn't tell us anything leaving us to find out for ourselves, if indeed we were to. I don't know about the rest of the hotel rooms but we really enjoyed ours as it was spacious, with two bathrooms, its own roof terrace with a great view and direct elevator access. Twice a day they brought us sweets equal to the number of people staying in the room. The room and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

We would like to thank the staff of Victoria Hotel for making our anniversary celebration so special. The room was beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful, New Year's Eve Dinner at the Palace Hotel was awesome!!! We can only recommend this hotel!

Everything was fantastic! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. The cozy rooftop was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations.

Luxurious stylish rooms, we had a whirlpool with sea view, very clean, super nice staff, a la carte beeakfast, only a few rooms, we also really liked the small village + blue grotto

Such an amazing stay at beautiful Malta. The hotel is located very close to the bus stations which was very useful since we explored the island by the public transport. Very various breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and extremely beautiful. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect location, the family is very friendly and makes you feel at home from the first minute. Would recommend everybody to stay here when visiting Malta.
