Everything was wonderful. The stuff was very attentive and helpful. especially in the restaurant Agliolio, we ordered a pasta that we didn't like, however the stuff asked the reason and in the end, they did not charge us for that meal. They have a very nice kids menu, which was delicious and I would highly recommend for everyone traveling with families. Hope to come back there soon!

OMG!!!!!!! This was heavenly, I never wanted to leave. Room was so spacious, free mini bar, breakfast was AMAZING, the thermal pools were relaxing and the gym was so clean. After check out, I could store my luggage here and was welcome to continue to enjoy the infinity pool and rooftop area to sunbathe which was ideal as I had an evening flight and wanted somewhere to chill for a few hours. Staff were so friendly.
