Kempinski in Gozo is always a treat! Have been quite a few times with my partner and we always enjoy it. The staff are lovely, always very helpful, friendly and available. The beds are fantastic. The hammam spa is very beautiful with a great pool. The on-site restaurants are very good as well, esp the L-Istorja, the fine dining place - very good food (although I always expect an 'on the house' aperitif after an expensive meal like this, which we were never offered - not a deal breaker but for me it is just obvious). Great outdoor space where they have the pools as well. Very good wifi, decent breakfast. Overall I always enjoy going to this location - it's like a mini resort vacation in a lovely and classic place like Gozo.

No. TOP staff! Welcoming, kind, patient, helpful and observant! Room was impressively clean, spacious and well equipped, having 2 bathrooms was especially helpful. AC truly welcoming and can be regulated to comfort and needs. Room equipped with fridge and tea and coffee machine. Pool area beautiful and safe for kids, also on sight pool bar very welcoming. All Staff were very observant, patient and helpful. Bkfast was fresh and varied and great in general. Parking is available and right next to hotel. Location means you can walk to a number amenities, find copius restaurants and perfect for evening strolls. Views from room and especially the roof top pool breathtaking. Also a welcome change given that there is only one hotel in the area which is quite dated. Being allowed to make use of facilities even after check out was a massive plus.

A stunning place with a stunning view! This penthouse is perfect to feel at home when being away from home. Comfy, well-equiped with all one needs, decorated with taste, clean and charming. The view from the large terrace, overlooking Marsalforn's waterfront is just beautiful. Communication with the kind and very helpful host was easy. A place to warmly recommend.

I usually do not write extended reviews about the places I stay around the world, but I’ll make an exception for ALTO BEYOND. I travelled with my girlfriend and we were looking for a relaxing place to stay. Well, ALTO BEYOND is a gem in Gozo island, managed by Claire, who is able to do anything, from delicious breakfasts to professional massages. But above all, she has built a place where you can find perfection in terms of Hospitality. I rarely found something like that around the world, an old (and fantastic) concept of “home-stay” during holidays. Location? Super. Not for everyone, however: if you like crowd, tourists everywhere, that may be not the place for you. Arrivederci, Claire!

Beautiful property, clean, great cooking facilities, good kitchen ware they thought of everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. The jacuzzi was so lovely. Beautiful views from master bedroom over looking the dock. Great swimming pool. We had a great holiday.
