Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

The palms side has charm and the grounds are looked after well. Walking around it is a joy. But the best thing about staying here was the entertainment team. Benjamin, Louis, Ariana, Geraldine, Maria and Carlos were brilliant at organising the various activities. The Yoga and aqua fit classes were fun and effective. The Volleyball was well attended making. It a lot of fun and other assorted activities throughout the day were great. There are many different parts to the resort allowing for quiet areas as well as louder more active parts. We would definitely return.

The hotel was incredible and staff fabulous. The butlers in villa70 went above and beyond to help make it a special experience, a huge thank you to all the team in Capricho restaurant (the breakfast and lunch service so special) and I would recommend upgrading to the premium experience, Ivan around the pool really looked after us and it's really worth it for all the added benefits.

Fantastic All-Inclusive Experience at Grand Sirenis Resort and Spa! We recently stayed at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa and had a wonderful time from start to finish. The resort’s grounds are beautifully maintained — filled with tropical gardens, wildlife, and numerous pools — creating a really restful and secluded atmosphere. The food was a highlight for us. The main buffet offered a huge variety every day, with plenty of fresh fruits, salads, seafood, and international options to keep everyone happy. The a la carte restaurants, especially the Japanese and Italian, were a real treat — great food, wonderful service, and a chance to try something different each night. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a mini-fridge restocked daily to a large soaking tub. The spa was a lovely spot to ease away stress, with a range of treatments in a tranquil setting. Overall, Grand Sirenis offers a perfect blend of relaxation, activity, and indulgence for couples. We’re already looking forward to a return trip.
