Special thanks to the masters of the kitchen—amazing job and fantastic food! 👌 The level of gastronomy here rivals places like Shangri-La or Singapore's finest spots. indeed all inclusive , even King Crab, live oysters, and diverse cuisines including Arabic, Indian, and Japanese are outstanding. At this resort, every dollar invested feels well worth it. They pay attention to every detail, such as providing hot towels, ensuring excellent organization, avoiding crowds, and maintaining punctuality. You truly feel like you're experiencing luxury service. This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

    Loved the location, the ocean, the hospitality of the staff, the beauty of the resort, the food and the cleanliness of the resort. The staff were very respectful, professional and friendly! Especially Alex the bell man and Ceaser who works at the breakfast restaurant. The spa was lovely and exceptional, Shery gave a really good massage!

    We had the swim out pool room, which was nice, aside from the fact that it was always in the shade so we couldn't really sunbathe there. But the room itself was great, very spacious, great bathroom, & clean. The two pools were also nice and it was great to have the option to go to the beach and relax on a daybed as well. Breakfast buffet options were good. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and grabbing an afternoon snack at the Mochachino place.

    The hotel was amazing with all the facilities in the block. Beautiful beach on the door step. 3 swimming pools with infinity views, 9 Restaurants, a gym, a night club, spa and massage place all under one roof with all inclusive. It was absolutely great! Staff were very welcoming and smily. An amazing breakfast and dinner experience with cuisines not only from Mexican, but also worldwide. I highly recommend this hotel!
