The place is amazing! Food was great, much more than any other all inclusive resort we have been to. Also, the place is beautiful!!!! Staff is amazing! Especially Karina our consierge who was very helpful and Frida the waiter at the pool who was super friendly! .

awesome accommodation. from very beginning till the end the owners are super kind and great hosts-they explained everything about location, what to do, provide a free shuttle to the city and back. morover, they also helped us to get a car which was entirely beyond of everything. the room and place itself is renovated, clean and calm as it is further from the city noise. whenever we come again, we will definitely stay. fully recommended

It was a great spacious ground floor apartment with a private little kids pool perfect fit for a family or a group of friends. Super kids friendly! And you literally had everything you need there - even thermo cups or a carrier to bring all you things to the beach.

Brand new amenities. Super comfortable rooms. Each space is beautifully designed. The family pool is great. Staff were absolutely adorable with us and so welcoming everywhere: pool staff, restaurant staff, welcome team…Absolutely Delicious food. We loved having a dedicated “guia” taking care of us; Itza was super professional and friendly. She would help us having our kids food pre-ordered and ready for them at diner time.

    Room was great for three girls sharing! Sofa bed was very quickly made up upon request with the housekeeping team so we each had a bed! One pregnant friend who had just as much fun on the mocktails as we did on cocktails and the best nights sleep she’s had in weeks. Ulisies on the roof was great, super friendly and helpful! Anna in the shop la Mexicana was also so joyful, helpful and informative! The spa is small but super relaxing! 100% recommend the back neck and shoulder massage and the wonderful therapists!

    All in all it's a nice 3 star hotel with good (but quite cold) pool and cosy beach. We had both breakfast and dinner included and food was tasty and good quality. Massage on the beach was super relaxing.

    Blissful, tranquil all inclusive wellness vacation in a breath taking location. Beautiful views from rooms. Amazing nomadic guides - Sofi & Omar!! Mostly 5 star service from other staff. Special call out to Domingo, Eduardo, Jos, Christian, Oscar and Solange. The food and drinks were generally awesome especially Lek and Taco truck offerings. The spa treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating - thanks to Gus and Erika!

    The staff were great at the resort, really helpful and friendly. The range of food available during breakfast and lunch was really good, and there were fresh cooked tacos by the main pool at lunch which were so nice. We had a massage in the spa which I would highly recommend. There is free kayaking and paddle boarding in the main resort which was really fun and definitely worth doing - you don't have to book a time you can just turn up.
