Swimming pools were exellent, espetiallt for children. Unfortinattelly sea not good for swimming. It is very dirty.

Incredible service, staff is kind and helpful. The location is great and the spa was incredible! The complimentary afternoon tea and cocktail with the rasa wing booking was way better than what we imagined. And there’s even a doctor available which saved our trip when I got sick one day. We will definitely book again should we visit Penang once more.

I'm glad i chose this hotel right at the centre of Penang. Connected to Gurney Plaza. The elevator will take you down from your room right to the amazing eateries in the Ground Floor. All the staff were amazing from security, concierge, reception, executive lounge and the restaurants, housekeeping, laundry, bar etc Executive lounge with varieties of snacks and drinks with free access for kids. Kids pool with floaters. Breakfast spread were great! Very big bathroom with 3 separate area including bath tub. They welcome you with ice cream in the reception. Walking distance to Padang Kota (Chinese Hawkers) and short distance to other city attractions by car/grab. I regret I didn't take much photos to share

Location was awesome. The whole apartment was beyond our expectations. Chose this place for the gorgeous view and relaxing atmosphere.
