We were a family of 4 with 2 young kids. The activities available for the kids were really good. From the play room to the water slides and Amazonia they had things to keep them occupied the whole day. We loved the location too. We step outside the hotel to find good restaurants and shopping. Also what made it so good was the people. We were greeted with friendly smiles and the staff were all so welcoming. The staff at the playroom were all wonderful. Also the Indian Gentleman at Breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. All in All we had a royal time at ParkRoyal

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.

Location wise is very strategic. Only 5-15 min drives to a lot of viral food hunting location. Easy access, not too crowded less traffic jem compare to area komtar . Facilities comfortable. Nice sea view from level 15.

Loved our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable especially considering we had our baby with us. The room was spacious, carpeted floor was clean - great for a crawling baby. Breakfast spread was abundant and delicious, their rice porridge and cheese omelette was a big hit with my 9mo. One breakfast staff in particular stood out - Dayang was her name, she was very pleasant and friendly.
