The host was great. Took care of all our requests immediately and was easily accessible. The infinity pool at Eaton was closed unfortunately during our stay for maintenance and the host was so nice to book a grab for us to the infinity pool at Face Suites and then back to Eaton. The kids enjoyed the pool thoroughly. The room was great with a nice view of the twin towers. Overall we had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this property.
