Everything from check in to (free late) check out was outstanding and the staff were exceptional with me and my family. Our room was upgraded for free and the breakfast was excellent. Special mention to Elizabeth for the outdoor sauna ritual and fjord swimming in the afternoon, a truly unforgettable experience.

Staff were all warm and welcoming and the room was spacious and perfect for our needs.
There were 2 big events being hosted at the hotel on the night we stayed so it was incredibly busy and noisy.
The breakfast though was heavenly.
