The rooms are very nice, the bathroom with the walk-in shower is great. The personnel is very welcoming - as our bus arrived in the middle of the night they even let us check-in early at no extra charge since our room was available already. Thank you!

Lovely hotel in a quiet location 15 mins walk into the centre. Lovely pool and grounds it's a bit cold in pool but had a good swim. Grounds are gorgeous and the resident Galapagos Tortoise and Llamas make a interesting addition. The room was super comfortable with a fab bed. The great thing are all the staff every single one speaks to you and smiles such very nice people.

We loved EVERYTHING! The location is very close to the main attractions, the atmosphere was superb and the rich breakfast in the courtyard surrounded by trees and flowers was very enjoyable. From the terrace we could admire the best sunset of our trip, and we had a relaxing time at their internal SPA. Super recommended!!!

Every member of the team was fantastic - from front desk, to bar/restaurant staff, they were all really incredible and helpful. The room was well proportioned and comfortable and well situated in the city, with a great view.
