From pre arranging massages and an airport taxi everything was great. Excellent communication. The road outside the hotel was shut as we arrived and they immediately dispatched two helpful guys to help us up the street with our luggage. Massages were fantastic. Rooms very clean. They kept our luggage whilst we went to Machu Picchu. Breakfast is splendid - perfectly cooked omelette to order amongst lots of other delights. Besides the room, I liked the beautifully decorated lobby. They had a sauna and steam room, which needed to be reserved prior to use. The breakfast was also nice, which was prepared by a chef: bowl of fruit (watermelon, honeydew, papaya), scrambled eggs, cup of yogurt, bread, butter, and jam.
