Excellent property, location and very convenient for me because it's near the school. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, accomodating and helpful. Property is clean and the staff is very friendly and nice.

The apartment was very homey cozy and clean. Spacious and bigger than the other units that we tried before. The property manager and caretaker were very kind and friendly. We felt very safe with the strict security, as well as the buildings being low rise (safe for people like me who've had trauma with the past Davao earthquakes). Senior and PWD friendly, the buildings have 2 elevators each. Plus plus for the location, very accessible to everything. Literally few steps away from SM mall and Starbucks, pharmacy and banks! Superb! Highly recommended.
