The staff was extremely welcoming and cleanliness was very well maintained and services were superb. Mirza Aslam and Asid from house keeping, Ammad Front office manager, Zeeshan the luggage boy all were exceptional and taken the service standard to another level. Its one of the finest hotels I have visited in pakistan. Very well trained staff and very cooperative desk managmnt. Our flight was delayed so we reached late for check in but no complaints from the staff instead they gave us suit room thn delux which we booked. Our stay was highly pleasnt. Everything was perfect.
