United KingdomAfter travelling to 8 countries in the last two weeks with my very picky partner, a former Michelin-star restaurant director, we have arrived at Puro Hotel, where we can say, for the first time, that we have had a 10 out of 10 experience.
We stopped here just to sleep overnight and move to the next stop on our journey, and we ended up extending our staying right after breakfast. We went from “just some place to sleep” to going to the gym, experiencing the very private sauna facilities, having a dream massage for both of us and eating pretty much everything we could try in small samples, all delicious.
From arrival to departure, each touch point was congruent with excellence.
We wish we could name every single person who made our stay here one to be remembered, but they are 4 people that went above and beyond to make us happy.
Therefore we stayed longer, and we happily spent way more than was planned for Krakow, thanks to the excellent service from the Reception and Spa.
We name them in the order we met as they all went ahead and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Therefore thanks to the ladies from the reception: Natalia, Aneta (who run in the rain after us to help us park the car in the best possible spot), Kinga, and Maria from the spa facility.
PURO Hotels’ HR manager, you should promote the above people as not only do they deserve it, but people like us will always scout people like them, and if we could bring them to England, we would hire them on the spot (no kidding).
P.S. The first place that deserves our 20 min in the writing of this first review on booking and the most extended review written on any other platform.
