This is a real gem in the coolest part of the Krakow city centre with LOTS of extra amenities that make you feel 'special'. On Saturdays, there is a free tour of Kazimierz neighbourhood by a professional guide. On Mondays, you can have a free 15 min. Hand massage, and throughout your stay, you can use the sauna and steam room for free and borrow bikes if available. The hotel has an amazing breakfast open buffet with the opportunity to order specific menus (for free). Free and good quality of coffee and tea plus all the little amenities you can use during your stay. Plus, pillow options, great staff, beautiful design of room, spa, hotel, and cafe/restaurant. It was totally worth the money we paid, and we felt special during each day of our 4 day stay. I'm looking forward to trying other Puro chain hotels in Poland in the future and committed to convincing friends for their visits. Excellent building, cool setup, and many more within the best neighbourhood of the city. This is among the best hotels we have ever stayed. PS: We stayed in Feb 2024. I'm not sure if anything changes during other periods

Excellent hotel. I liked it from the first second as it smells wonderful! The room was big, nicely arranged and extremely clean. 32inch screen tv with sound system in the bathroom was real luxury. The most important for me was big and very comfortable bed. I had good night sleep every night! On the top of all of that SPA is a bonus. Again, very clean with wide range of facilities. Highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton.

I loved this hotel! The hotel is in a great location in between the Old town and the Jewish quarter. The customer service was amazing from the front desk to the wait staff at breakfast and our room was comfortable, spacious and kept immaculate at all times. The breakfast was outstanding. Oh, and did I mention that the hotel is beautiful? I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you.
