The staff was really nice. I would definitely go there anytime. The beds were very comfortable. There were heating racks for the towels which we loved. The only complaint was that Booking.com could not refund my stay for one night when my flight was delayed due to fog in krakow airport. I would not use Booking.com again.

    Modern well laid out hotel. Good sized room and excellent facilities. Nice Spa facilities with reasonably priced massages etc. Nice indoor pool and Sauna/Jacuzzi. Highly recommend the rooms with a terrace. Amazing breakfast choice. Great location close to tram stop. 12 minutes to Krakow town.

    Hotel was ideally located next to the main square with valet parking. Facilities were lovely, we had a couples massage in the spa which was very relaxing. Breakfast was well presented with lots of choice and the staff were friendly and efficient. We will stay again when

    Great, comfortable large 🙂room with park view at top floor. Clean bathroom.Very good breakfast with a lot of options. 25 min walk to old town or tram number 1/20 very nearby. Nice quiet area ideal for walking or jogging. The spa facilities (sauna, pool) very relaxing after all day walking.About 20 min from airport through nice modern houses area. Excellent choice to relax and enjoy your stay.

    This property was amazing. Everything was so clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I’d recommend getting the buffet breakfast. A wide selection of different foods. The spa is also lovely, and we had a Balinese massage which was amazing and so relaxing - would definitely recommend.

    This is a class one hotel. The staff are friendly . the coffee machine in reception is excellent there are all flavoured teas also. The breakfast is amazing something for everyone. Loved the pancakes! There is also a bakery where you can get coffee and cake all day. The spa was excellent there is a sauna and steam room and gym. I had the most amazing massage after 8 hours of sightseeing (there is a charge but it is cheap) You are 15 minutes walk from the old square or you can get the tram.
