The hotel is stunning and the rooms are amazing and beautiful the staff are amazing and are so helpful they are second to none they helped with everything we needed booking taxis and private cars to and from the airport and also to the auschwitz tour the food is amazing with so much to offer especially breakfast and the Michelin star restaurant was a real taste of genius and the chef made me a little cake especially for me for my birthday which I was so grateful for I would definitely go again

Receptionists were excellent, were always there to help and give us information when we asked. Weronika was specially great. Cleaning team top. Well assorted breakfast. Safe and quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance from the main square, castle and river.
